Carets is an innovative application that allows users to view, create, and seamlessly combine video content with that produced by other users. It operates on a unique concept known as Crowdsourced Video™, fostering collaborative storytelling through a diverse range of perspectives.

For instance, consider the excitement of a basketball game culminating in a nail-biting finish. Imagine multiple users capturing the last-second shot as the crowd erupts in celebration. Carets enables this experience by allowing these individual videos to be synchronized and displayed collectively, offering viewers a multi-angle perspective of that thrilling moment.

Creating and combining videos within Carets is straightforward. Users simply add the caret symbol (“^”) to their video descriptions, akin to utilizing hashtags or user mentions. For example, including “^Basketball” would connect videos marked with the same identifier into a consolidated display. This approach enhances the viewer's experience through our patented display technology.

The app also supports automatic integration of videos from different users based on shared time and location. By selecting “Allow Caret Creation” when uploading a video, users enable our algorithm to synchronize their footage with others, resulting in dynamically combined content showcased through our advanced display system.

Users can access both individual and Caret Videos created by themselves and fellow community members. The search functionality allows for exploration by descriptions incorporating carets, hashtags, or user mentions. Furthermore, the platform facilitates user engagement through following options, enabling easy access to their content and the ability to message within the app.

Sharing content with others is user-friendly; videos can be distributed via text, email, or social media by simply copying and pasting links from the app.
